1.  Please provide the software version number, screenshots of the problem, and operation logs for after-sales service.

2.  We only offer remote support for the software issues. Hardware repair, replacement, and on-site support are not included.

3.  Issues that occur after the support period or are caused by misoperation may cost additional charges.

4.  The after-sales solution is only a temporary fix. Regular system maintenance is required to ensure long-term stable operation.
